Visit our website to learn more: Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to support our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing high-quality office support. What We Offer: Competitive salary starting from $75,000 + Super. Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm at our Ballarat office. A supportive and collaborative work environment. Work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring a productive and professional work environment. Assist staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensuring deadlines are met. Ensure the office complies with relevant workplace policies, including health and safety regulations. Oversee office systems, software, and IT requirements in collaboration with external providers. Processing accounts payable/receivable. Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) & Instalment Activity Statements (IAS). Preparation of Payroll. Preparation of month end financial reports. Maintaining supplier records & invoices. Skills and Experience Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus but not essential.
