About the Role Reporting to the Area Manager, the Office Manager provides professional and operational leadership and management to the clinic. This role ensures effective team leadership, commitment to the development of staff, and achievement of business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Operations & Clinic Management : Oversee daily operations, workforce planning, and service delivery to optimise productivity, asset utilisation, and patient care. Team Leadership : Provide leadership and clear direction to staff, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering teamwork and collaboration. People Development : Manage staff onboarding, training, and performance to enhance capabilities and ensure continuous development. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clinicians, and the community to support engagement and service delivery. Financial & Commercial Management : Monitor and manage clinic budgets, costs, and billing processes to achieve financial and profitability targets. Quality & Risk Management : Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards while managing complaints and incidents effectively. Business Development & Growth : Support marketing and referral growth initiatives to expand the clinic’s patient and referrer base. Strategic & Business Planning : Develop and implement business plans, monitor performance, and drive strategic change to achieve clinic objectives. About You Previous medical receptionist or call centre experience (highly desirable) Strong customer service skills and experience Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Demonstrated ability to provide excellence in patient care and/or customer service Basic understanding of medical imaging terminology and procedures Proven ability and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Demonstrated high energy and a proactive positive attitude A strong attention to detail Confident computer skills What We Offer Competitive remuneration package with flexible work options.
