Job Description

Macmahon is seeking a proactive HR Services Officer for a 12-month contract. You’ll provide transactional HR support, ensure compliance with HR policies, and drive procedural improvements. About the role You will have experience in a high-volume Human Resources environment, an understanding of HR process and policies, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. You will be motivated to deliver outstanding service and continuous improvement. Accurately processing in Success Factors new hires, transfers, pay changes, resignations, and reporting structures. Preparation of employee change of documentation through Success Factors. Delivering excellent customer service for tickets, emails, calls, and in-person queries from employees and leaders. Ensure data accuracy in our people systems and collaborate with the HR systems team for continuous improvement. Update system data and reference materials based on HR policy changes. Work with payroll to maintain accurate employee data. Oversee and maintain Position management in Success Factors. About you Previous HR administration and/or payroll experience. Sound knowledge of MS Office. Basic knowledge of National Employment Standards (NES) and experience with modern awards and agreements. SuccessFactors experience or similar is highly desirable.
