About The Role The primary purpose of the Project Manager is to oversee and manage projects, nationally, for key Oil & Gas customers to ensure safe and effective operations. This role offers a highly competitive salary and vehicle as part of your package. Specific Responsibilities Oversee project operations to ensure the team is safely and efficiently achieving project objectives and requirements. Liaise with customers both internal and external. Manage revenue and costs for all clients and operations, ensuring all processes are followed and managed to prevent revenue leakage and client approvals for payment. Conduct project meetings with key stakeholders as required to communicate key project issues. Observe company policies and procedures as they apply to tasks assigned. Work in conjunction with other Qube sites to ensure effective operations for clients. Customer Relations Foster and maintain positive partnerships with management, staff, and clients. Proactively attend meetings and provide positive support for initiatives consistent with contractual guidelines. Respond to any issues raised in an efficient and positive manner. Quality Set high work standards through leadership by example. Ensure efficient operation of project vehicles and equipment. Complete all necessary associated documentation. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of deficiencies in project delivery. Undertake supervision of work. Ensure good care is taken of vehicles/equipment under your care. Finance Assist in the allocation of resources to improve operational and financial performance and monitor regularly. Monitor and report monthly performance, including, but not limited to, KPIs, downtime, bottlenecks, breakdowns, customer and personnel-related issues that may have a financial impact on the business. Control project costs to ensure cost-efficiency and minimise expenditures. Qualifications And Experience Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is ideal. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Current valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License. Why QUBE?
