About this work area As Online Content Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage the online content localisation process: adjust global material for local adaptation in order to secure local relevance Continuously optimise the online content, editorial process and efficiency, and contribute to the development with insights, recommendations and solutions in the area of content Based on commercial and identified additional local needs, create new online content solutions when necessary and lead online content adaptation Work closely on a daily basis with SEO, range, merchandising and digital performance functions to secure cross-functional alignment in the wider E-commerce team Coordinate and execute local A/B testing acting in line with guidelines set from Group Digital Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximise impact with Selling, HFRD (Home Furnishing and Retail Design), IKEA Food, Digital, CFF (Customer Fulfilment), Communications, Sustainability, BNOF (Business Navigation Operations & Finance), People & Culture and store units. Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA Who you are You are energised by driving business growth and motivated by increasing customer value. With a passion for home furnishings and understanding behaviours of the many people and their life at home you enjoy staying on top of the latest trends and sharing this with others. Demonstrating strong digital acumen and a creative mindset, you understand the importance of integrated communications, and the connection to commerciality in business. You’ll work closely with all internal content creators and streams within the Marketing & E-Commerce function, you will drive activities in line with the Marketing Communication & E-Commerce strategy to deliver the annual Communication plan. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have: Formal qualifications in Digital Marketing or equivalent 3 years’ experience in marketing, including localising global campaign content Adobe Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro Experience using analytics tools – Google Analytics Experience in retail marketing, FMCG highly regarded We need people like you!
