About the Role We’re looking for an Onsite Services Officer to provide hands-on end-user support throughout Brisbane. You will provide first-class customer service, IT support, and maintain excellent Service Call management by providing local and remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of 1st and 2nd level desktop issues related to hardware, software, or peripheral devices. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-class customer service, IT support, and troubleshooting for 1st and 2nd level desktop issues across Lifeblood. Maintain excellent Service Call management. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues. Qualifications: Outstanding communication, collaborative & coordination skills gained through previous work experience in a similar position. Several years’ work in service desk support and relevant onsite services experience. Superior knowledge of enterprise-level desktop-related IT hardware and the configuration of components and drivers. Prior experience in troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise-level desktop IT hardware, software, and peripherals. Knowledge of networking principles and infrastructure, as well as MS Exchange and Microsoft products for use in a LAN environment. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a service-oriented team. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage conflicting critical issues/technical problems. This is a permanent full-time position located at our Brisbane Processing Centre.
