Join our supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians Become a key member of our growing specialty mental health and well-being teams Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture The Operational Director will be a valued member of the Mental Health (Residential and Rehabilitation) department to undertake effective, safe and timely delivery of services across AWH. In conjunction with the Deputy Medical Director of the service stream, the Operational Director is responsible for effective clinical, workforce, performance and financial stewardship of service stream. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity: Current and unencumbered registration with AHPRA for Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists. Eligibility for membership of the relevant professional body for all other professions. A minimum of five years recent experience within a relevant clinical setting in a senior management and/or clinical leadership role. Post graduate qualifications in mental health, addiction, and/or management and leadership, or relevant field of study. Strong motivational and leadership skills and capabilities. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of Victorian and NSW Mental Health Service policies and associated legislation. Experience and knowledge of financial and resource management.
