Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Operational Support Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our organisation's efficient functioning and growth. Reporting to the General Manager, you will assist with operational strategies, process optimisation, and cross-department collaboration, contributing to achieving both short-term and long-term goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage strategy development: Collaborate with the GM to craft and implement strategies that align with SN Services’ mission and growth trajectory. Process optimisation: Lead efforts to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure industry best practices. Cross-department collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication between departments to align operational goals and enhance service delivery. Resource management: Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal staff, tools, and equipment utilisation. Team leadership & development: Mentor staff, support professional growth, and create a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting & analysis: Provide data-driven insights to senior management, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Experience: 3 years plus in management, preferably within a service, healthcare, or community-based organisation. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with experience in process optimisation and data-driven decision-making Proven track record in team leadership, resource management, and risk mitigation Proficiency in operational software and project management tools Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices Minimum cert 4 or extensive experience in operations management, business administration or related fields.
