Job Description

We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Corporate Services Team based anywhere in Australia. This is a key role that will suit someone that has significant experience in problem solving, managing large amounts of data and ensuring Company procedures are documented and followed. The role is extremely dynamic and will work across the four business units of Australia / New Zealand of United Safety, Qtec Fire, Lyons Air Conditioning and Fire Protection Technologies with over 250 people and 20 locations with an appetite for additional organic growth and further acquisitions. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring company procedures are documented relevant to quotes and jobs management process. Ensuring the fire protection assets or machine assets are loaded in the system using the maintenance planning functions. Working with Managers, Business Development Managers and Planners to address non-compliance to our procedures and assist them to overcome the problems. Working with our ERP systems to be the Super User of Simpro & MYOB Advance (Acumatica). Ensuring regular reporting flags and identifies non-compliance. Our ideal candidate will have: Fire Industry knowledge or basic understanding - desirable, not essential. ERP systems including Simpro or MYOB Advanced will be highly regarded. A strong problem solving capability. The ability to work in a highly evolving environment at a fast pace. The ability to multi-task numerous jobs. The confidence to manage up and address Managers to ensure compliance. Highly advanced Excel skillsets including pivot tables. BI Reporting will be highly regarded. A formal qualification such as Accounting will be well regarded. Highly structured with self-discipline. The ability to implement business improvements and engage with relevant stakeholders.
