About the role Full-time | Office | Melbourne, VIC, AU This is a junior role suitable for someone with basic skills, good motivation, and the ability to learn. Typically, 1-2 years of experience is required. Eightcap is a dynamic online trading provider focused on delivering great trading tools and pro trading insight to enable smarter trading. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team to create, manage, and grow our social media presence across several platforms. Key Responsibilities Be responsible for daily operational requirements as part of a global team involved in trading operations. Administer the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of trading bridges and platforms to ensure smooth operations. Manage relationships with liquidity providers, monitor pricing feeds, and optimise liquidity pools for efficiency. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. Skills you'll need Ability to work with numerical information and perform mathematical calculations to solve problems. SQL experience and familiarity with databases. An understanding of, or keen interest in, trading, FX, or financial markets, with familiarity with trading platforms such as cTrader, MetaTrader, and DX Trade.
