Overview We are a dynamic customer-centric underwriting agency providing outstanding experiences to our brokers and are looking for an Operations Analyst – Systems Support to join our Operations team. Our passion for insurance is evident from our response to the first inquiry through all life stages of a policy, including claims handling. Drawing upon our collective knowledge and experience we anticipate the needs of our brokers and their clients, creating innovative products and risks solutions across a broad range of insurance classes. Key accountabilities will include but are not limited to: Support the development of data and reporting framework for business improvements. Generating, reviewing, distributing and investigating subsequent queries of operational reports. Management & administration of business production systems. Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies. Assist with operational administrative support across business units. Assist underwriters with the preparation and processing of new business, renewals, and endorsements and manage documentations ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform initial risk assessments and data entry for new applications and renewals. Assist with compliance support, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Handle broker enquiries and provide information regarding underwriting processes and policy status. Act as a liaison between departments for problem resolution and process support. Collaborate with offshore support teams to ensure quality service delivery. What you’ll need to succeed: Minimum 3 years Insurance/accounting/finance industry experience preferable. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in verbal and written forms. Superior problem resolution and decision-making skills. Attention to detail. Ability to prioritize workload. Willingness to learn and develop.
