Training, development and national opportunities for progression ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Sunshine, VIC 3020 branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintaining good working relationships with our internal national vendor and stock management teams and handle all queries promptly with honesty, courtesy and integrity. Act as point of contact between the branch and national teams for on the ground enquiries. Conduct a quality control check to ensure all assets are correctly advertised and quality of photographs accurately reflect descriptions. Coordinates rectification of assets in line with company procedures and liaise closely with asset preparation teams on status, ensuring quality of repairs from suppliers are of exceptional quality. Respond to customer enquiries promptly, politely and accurately. Develop and maintain branch relationships through regular communication with key operational employees whilst overseeing the asset preparation processes at the branch (decommission, decals, detailing, rectifications) are being performed in a timely manner. Reviewing, updating and actioning various reports relating to stock control. Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliation using mobile device as required. Assisting with operational duties such as but not limited to booking in, decal removal, forklift movements when instructed and/or required. As required provide vehicle inspections based on predetermined standard on paint and panel condition, vehicle make, model, variant and its accessories. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines. Competent verbal and written communication skills. Competent MS Office skills and the ability to learn our user-friendly auction system. Demonstrated understanding of WH&S regulations. Current/valid manual Driver's licence.
