This position plays a key role to drive Operations, HR and Supply Chain efficiencies, controlling and setting KPIs, understanding the drivers behind the numbers and helping to set the focus in the most impacting issues.Your responsibilities will include: Analysing the operations KPIs highlighting the main opportunities on weekly and monthly basis, partnering with operations team Build targets for operations KPI metrics and report on KPI results Provide operations budget and forecast Ensure control and right processes in place for costing purposes Support ERP implementation - ShopFloor rollout Support HR with labour analysis and reporting Support Supply Chain reporting, insights and key actions Work with IT specialists to automate the operations dashboards / reports Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures About you: Bachelors degree (B.A or B.S.) in accounting from an accredited institution and five (5) years relevant accounting experience. 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Strong communicator with excellent listening and interaction skills Ability to work well under multiply deadlines and pressure Excellent analytical ability with skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel) Approachable and enthusiastic Flexible and adaptable Why work for Primo?
