Operations Manager - Aged Community Services The Role Reporting to the Head of Community Aged Care, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting teams to deliver exceptional services across Home Care Packages (HCP), Claims Conference, and Private Services.You’ll focus on providing strategic case coordination and proactive team supervision, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across all aspects of home care services. Key Responsibilities: Empower Teams: Inspire, support, and guide teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered services, ensuring participants’ plans and goals are effectively assessed, evaluated, and achieved. Operational Oversight: Provide hands-on support, resolve staffing challenges, oversee incident reporting, and liaise with Rostering and Administration teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Drive Best Practice: Collaborate with the Clinical & Quality team to implement industry best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and aged care standards. What's in it for you: Full-Time role with remuneration of $120,000 + Super + NfP Salary Packaging (negotiable) 8+ additional days of leave per year in line with Jewish Holidays. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, fostering collaboration across diverse groups. Comprehensive knowledge of HCP guidelines, Aged Care Quality Standards, and compliance requirements. Expertise in budgeting and financial management within the home care services sector.
