In addition they will develop and implement plans and initiatives to ensure the successful execution of projects and oversee and optimise logistics and operations processes to ensure the efficient and seamless functioning of Montu.Responsibilities Supporting the GM - Pharmacy Operations and all aspects of assigned projects. Creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, and support the Head of Logistics and Supply Chain and Project Owners across all project management phases, including scheduling, budgeting, design controls, and release processes. Leading and coordinating project activities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying potential risks, and proactively developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and to ensure project success. Conducting regular project status updates, providing clear and concise reports to dedicated stakeholders. Creating and maintaining project documentation. Overseeing and maintaining collaboration with the Pharmacy Operations and the various Warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory levels at Pharmacy partner sites, ensuring optimal safety stock levels are maintained. Overseeing and maintaining accurate consumable stock levels at Warehouse and Pharmacy partner sites. Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and order fulfilment processes. Analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within logistics and operations across all sites. Continuously reviewing and documenting existing processes, identifying opportunities for streamlining, implementing best practices, and making recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred. Have a working understanding of TGA and relevant regulatory bodies rules and regulations for prescribing Medical Cannabis. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and promote cooperation. Strong project management skills, including implementing new programs and processes. Excellent interpersonal skills to handle internal and external issues calmly, positively, and professionally.
