We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and super-organized Operations Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into the action, and take charge of our ZUPPA empire. With plans to open 3 more stores in early 2025, a total of 8 stores by the end of 2025 we need someone who’s passionate about operations, a natural leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As we continue to expand, with plans to open three more stores this year, we are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead our team and elevate our operations to new heights. Role Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations across our hospitality business, ensuring excellence in customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in hospitality, coffee expertise, and a passion for driving business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, effectively manage diverse teams, and adapt to the fast-paced demands of our rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large teams across multiple departments, fostering a positive and high-performance culture. Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. Drive customer service standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and inventory control for cost efficiency. Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency and service standards. Develop and execute strategies for product innovation and menu development. Set and achieve business goals related to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Identify and resolve conflicts effectively, maintaining a harmonious workplace. Adapt to working under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effectively lead and collaborate with diverse personalities to maintain team cohesion and productivity. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost management. Weekly meetings with senior management to discuss financial KPI's and areas of improvement in the business. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on coffee and food service. Proven track record in managing large, diverse teams. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving. Experience in procurement, inventory management, and supplier negotiations. Solid understanding of quality control processes and customer service excellence. Creative mindset with a passion for product development and innovation. Goal-driven with strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong skills in working with and leading individuals from diverse backgrounds and personalities.
