Supply Chain & Operations Supervisor (Hospitality) Our client is a well-known, Australian owned, catering business that was established over 60 years ago, and is in need of a capable Hospitality Supply Chain & Operations Supervisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. As the Supply Chain & Operations Supervisor, you would be responsible for the smooth coordination of beverage and linen deliveries, vehicle maintenance, security, and overall event setup. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced event logistics environment, ensuring seamless supply chain operations for premium hospitality experiences. Duties & Responsibilities: Exclusive beverage ordering for events and venues Oversee deliveries to all event venues and returns to the warehouse Arrange driver schedules and requirements, especially during peak times Manage weekly driver scheduling to ensure timely event deliveries Ensure all equipment, linen, and beverages are accurately ordered Liaise with event planners to verify accuracy of pack lists, including beverages Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules On-call support for urgent operational issues Requirements: RSA Certificate (Mandatory) Food Handlers Certificate (Mandatory) Prior experience in Hospitality Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain Management is highly regarded Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple events and coordinate deliveries efficiently Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with vehicle maintenance and security planning for events At Quest Personnel, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities for all and embracing diversity in the workplace.
