Key Responsibilities Rostering: Oversee and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and smooth daily operations. Client Management: Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Staff Management: Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring they perform their roles effectively while fostering a positive workplace culture. Company Compliance: Ensure all practices adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Auditing of Visual Care: Regularly review and audit staff progress notes to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client care. Documentation Versioning: Manage the maintenance and updates of critical documents to ensure consistency and compliance. Staff Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, conducting inductions, and ensuring new hires are equipped for success. Support Work: Step into a support worker role when required, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach. Marketing and Social Media: Develop and manage marketing initiatives and social media platforms to promote the company and its services. Client Networking: Represent the company at events and networking opportunities to build relationships, grow the client base, and drive revenue. How do your skills match this job?
