This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. THE ROLE: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Logistics Coordinators in managing export and import operations for perishable commodities. Drive operational excellence through process improvement, compliance management, and team development. Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues while maintaining exceptional service delivery standards. Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance. Manage key relationships with shipping lines, transport providers, and regulatory bodies including ABF and DAWE. ABOUT YOU: Proven operational experience in freight forwarding with demonstrated expertise in both imports and exports. Established track record in a supervisory or leadership role within the freight forwarding industry. Strong understanding of perishable goods logistics (dairy, meat, etc.) and associated compliance requirements. Proven experience with CargoWise and strong data management capabilities. Excellent leadership and team development skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
