Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the smooth running of our catering operations across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, managing teams, sustaining exceptional client relationships, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations, all while driving operational efficiency and growth. Responsibilities: Overseeing the catering operations across multiple sites, including events and functions Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders Leading staff training and development initiatives Ensuring high levels of compliance with health & safety regulations Collaborating with senior management to ensure the continued growth of the business Desired Skills and Experience Your Background: Previous experience within the education sector in a contract catering environment Extremely strong people skills, friendly & approachable Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams Strong financial acumen with exposure to budgetary controls Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills Ability to think strategically while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence What’s in it for me?
