About the Group This group is a leading Infrastructure and Maintenance company that delivers specialized services in the Gippsland region. The company is currently going through a growth phase and is looking for an Operations/Business Manager to join the group. About the Role Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for: Management/responsibility of business unit - bid management and project delivery Drive successful financial outcomes, manage financial reporting to the executive team Lead company strategy, implement & improve company-wide systems Identify key clients in target sectors and successfully win business.
