The role will implement operational systems and processes to deliver excellence across the store network, displaying a high level of leadership and motivational skills to communicate with and engage the workforce with the business objectives. Employee satisfaction within the network will indicate that systems and operations are effective to facilitate a quality Genuine Service experience. The role will have a continuous improvement focus linked to both a retail and trade channel strategies. Role Responsibilities: Ensure you have strong internal cross-functional relationships both at a support office level as well as in the network. Lead by example setting standards, attitudes & behaviours that are inclusive, supportive & drive accountability. Lead the safety & wellbeing narrative of the business & ensure when issues are identified we take a lead role in helping the desired outcome. Keep abreast of progress against key initiatives by working closely with members of the Automotive Leadership team. Engage with key stakeholders across the Repco, NAPA & GPC AP Support Functions to develop & implement agreed business initiatives and meet or exceed business goals. Ensure there is a clear & collaborative communication framework to both NAPA & Repco. Support the broader team & their capabilities to do their jobs, including developing each other. Spend time with our customers to understand their needs and expectations and work with your Stores to deliver these outcomes. Deliver all strategic priorities as requested by your line manager. Understand & demonstrate behaviour in accordance with all company policies & procedures. Skills & Experience: Experience in a similar or operational role (10 years) with a retail & trade. Strong communication skills and ability to form and build on relationships across senior key stakeholders. Ability to deliver project commitments within the required timeframe.
