Inspiring Integrity: We do the right thing, even when no one is watching. About the Role: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Service & Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple tasks efficiently, and has strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing & Quoting: Process invoices and quotes based on technician notes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. On-site visits to clients' properties to carry out in-depth quotations. Liaison & Communication: Act as a key contact between technicians, clients, and the operations team to ensure smooth job processing. Job Coordination: Assist in managing residential property management and private client accounts, ensuring service jobs are accurately documented and billed. Office Support: Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and assist with overflow office tasks as needed. Accounts Management: Help track and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring accounts are up to date. What We’re Looking For: Experience in HVAC, trades, or service-based businesses. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoicing & quoting. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and clients. Experience with Xero, SimPRO, or other service management/accounting software (preferred but not essential).
