The Opportunity Reporting to the Operations Lead, the Operations Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our distribution centre. Successfully managing shift staffing levels to ensure the successful throughput of our multi-beverage portfolio that will be manufactured on-site. Daily responsibilities will include reporting on daily shift outcomes, opportunities and constraints that impact operational performance. With a continuous improvement mindset you will identify opportunities to develop and enhance ways of working that achieve our uncompromising focus on quality and safety. Taking responsibility for the afternoon shift (2pm – 10pm, Monday – Friday) you will successfully lead and develop a highly engaged team and support the State Operations Lead to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing of orders.
