Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Lead to join our Consumer Insurance, Motor Claims function 12-month internal secondment opportunity Flexible location About the role The role will support the Operations Manager in the execution of operational improvements, portfolio health activities, workforce effectiveness and process opportunities that align with and enable the National Recovery and Settlement strategy. The position plays a critical role in overseeing and co-ordinating day-to-day workload management, supporting team capability and enabling the team as a senior technical and execution referral point. What you'll do Assist through collaboration to provide support in developing and executing the National Recoveries & Settlements strategy alongside the Operations Manager. Provide proactive monitoring and insights across the R&S portfolio to identify operational and process opportunities for improved productivity outcomes. Act as a key liaison for day-to-day opportunities, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Drive operational improvement initiatives to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the Recoveries and Settlements workforce. Offer insights into the overall portfolio health and operational performance of recovery and settlement activities. Contribute to competitor analysis for informed strategic decision-making. Lead the team as a senior technical referral point for operations, process, technology and data within the team. What you'll bring Minimum 5 years in insurance claims and/or financial services experience. Minimum 2 years' experience in project management/delivery. Experience working with senior stakeholders.
