This position is ideal for an experienced Optical Assistant/Dispenser: Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers General practice activities including bookings, administration and adjustments and repairs Skills & Experience: Optical background preferred Excellent customer service and sales experience Strong organisational, administrative and appointment book management skills Problem solving and sound judgement Good communication with the ability to build rapport with customers and the team Benefits Monday to Friday - no weekend work.
