JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CPQ processes, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle CPQ configurations. Configure Oracle CPQ, including rules, workflows, and pricing structures. Develop and customize scripts, BML (BigMachines Language), and integrations with ERP and CRM systems. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Oracle CPQ. Work with cross-functional teams to align Oracle CPQ with overall business objectives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ implementation, configuration, and support. Strong techno-functional expertise in CPQ, including scripting, rules, and workflows. Experience with Oracle ERP/CRM integrations (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, SAP). Knowledge of BML scripting, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. SOFT SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and flexible. Organized and keen to details. Can work well within a team. Has the initiative and self-drive.
