JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an Oracle PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Agile PLM or Oracle Fusion PLM. The role involves configuring, implementing, and maintaining PLM solutions to support product development and lifecycle processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather and analyze business requirements related to product lifecycle management. Configure Oracle PLM solutions, including workflows, security, and data models. Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle PLM and other enterprise applications. Provide technical expertise in PLM architecture, customization, and extensions. Work with business users to optimize PLM processes and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in Oracle PLM (Agile PLM or Oracle Fusion PLM). Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices. Experience in PLM configurations, customization, and scripting. Knowledge of Oracle PLM data structures and integration with ERP/SCM. Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Web Services, and middleware tools. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. SOFT SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and flexible. Organized and keen to details. Can work well within a team.
