Base pay range A$120.00/hr - A$138.00/hr About the role As the Training Lead on a large Oracle implementation program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs to support growth and development. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive training curricula and materials for Oracle-based systems and applications Delivering high-impact training sessions to employees, both in-person and through online channels Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align learning solutions with business objectives Providing one-on-one and group-based coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our employees Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training, particularly within the Oracle ecosystem. What we're looking for Significant experience (5+ years) in designing and delivering training programs, with a focus on Oracle-based technologies and applications Prior experience with Oracle Implementations.
