Ordering and Logistics Coordinator - Interior Design St Leonards, New South Wales, Australia About Us Home Remedy is a dynamic and growing business specialising in Airbnb and holiday home furnishing. We create beautifully designed, fully furnished spaces that enhance guest experiences. We are looking for an Ordering and Logistics Coordinator to join our head office team and support our design and operations process. About the Role This is a diverse and fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with our design team, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth ordering, logistics, and installation processes. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Order Management: Coordinate the ordering process, including liaising with suppliers, placing orders, arranging payment and managing out of stock and replacement items. Order Tracking: Schedule deliveries with individual suppliers, manage missing or damaged items, ensure safe delivery of all items. Installation/Post Installation Management: Book and coordinate all furnishing installations, liaise with trades, stylists, owners and property management before and after installation to complete the project. Client Communication: Schedule and confirm installation bookings and project timelines with clients and property managers. Quoting Support: Assist in preparing and reviewing quotes for client projects. Design Support: Help create simple design briefs to support the design team. Varied Tasks: Work on a diverse range of duties, ensuring no two days are the same. Ad Hoc Duties: Provide general administrative and operational support as required. About You Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in ordering, logistics, or coordination roles is a plus. Interest in interior design, home styling, or property furnishing is desirable but not essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools such as Monday.com, or order tracking software is an advantage.
