About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Coordinator to join the team at ASC Port Adelaide SA on a 12-month Full-time contract. The Organisational Development Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of Talent and Leadership development programs, mentoring programs, coaching panels, cyclical training courses, professional development and other programs as required; and managing vendors and budget tracking across the entire Organisational Development remit. Responsibilities End to end support for OD programs and courses to ensure seamless implementation and a positive participant experience. Act as the first line of support for Organisational Development queries - managing the OD Inbox, answering and actioning requests and/or triaging to the relevant Organisational Development team member for further support. Liaise with suppliers and ensure room set-up and requirements meet the needs ahead of a Program or Course. This includes but is not limited to, booking venues, printing materials, booking guest speakers. Receive quotes, raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and ensure Purchase Orders are provided to vendors, credit card reconciliations, tracking invoices. Administer diagnostic assessments to participants (e.g. Facet5, 6 Team Conditions, Team Management Profile, Korn Ferry Assessments etc.) Collate and distribute individual and/or team reports as required. About you Qualifications in Human Resources, Business administration or relevant field and/or experience in administration / coordination. Demonstrated experience in an administration or training coordination role. Experience applying initiative, solving problems and being solution focused. Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately complete tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders. Exemplary time management skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task to deliver work in full and on time. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
