Outbound Sales/Business Development Representative $75,000 – $85,000 per year + Commissions Hey You is Australia’s leading order-ahead app, trusted by over 1.7 million customers to make their everyday coffee and food ordering faster and more convenient. Our mission is to help venue owners enhance the customer experience by improving order processing, reducing wait times, helping them build customer loyalty and keep customers returning. About the role In this dynamic, target-driven role, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding Hey You’s footprint by acquiring new venues and helping them deliver a seamless pre-ordering experience to their customers. Working closely with the venue owners, you are the central point of contact for prospective clients. What you'll be doing Conduct research and due diligence to identify potential venues who align with Hey You’s platform and value proposition. Perform drop-in visits and make outbound calls to schedule sales meetings with prospective venues. Negotiate and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to establish Hey You's brand in the market. Develop referral networks by collaborating with on-the-ground representatives within the industry. Provide excellent customer service and support. Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the retail or hospitality space. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with business owners. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools. Self-motivated, ambitious and resilient.
