Job Description
As an Outreach Leader, you will have the opportunity to manage the delivery of outreach shifts to ensure they operate as scheduled in all GC locations. This is a remote role where you will motivate and lead outreach shift teams. The Role You will collaborate with the National Volunteer Manager and be responsible for coaching and motivating the volunteers, including Team Leaders, General Volunteers, Safety/Compliance Facilitation, and the Outreach Administration Support Assistant. You will provide support and social, digital, community, and employment connections to those who may be or who are at risk of experiencing social isolation, family and domestic violence, and homelessness. We work across various Gold Coast locations. Need to Know This role has full administrative support, allowing the Leader to focus on leading the outreach team. Centrelink approved Date End date: - Skills Support Services: Counselling, Psychology, Social Support. We help girls and women find their own voice through connection.
