In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team delivering Tier 2 assistance to the Point to Point Industry Contact Centre and the 24/7 Taxi Fare Hotline. Collaborate with Taxi Service Providers to ensure that they manage taxi service complaints in line with the Commissioner's expectations and the relevant legislation. Address and resolve passenger complaints about the taxi industry to ensure passenger safety and compliance. Build relationships and support efficiencies in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Please note that this role is based in South Eveleigh (in Sydney) and you are required to attend the office 1-2 days per week initially. Your excellent communication and strong customer resolution skills formed while working across government or regulatory organisations will see you excel in this role which requires you to have an ability to understand, interpret and apply legislation while acting as an enabler to facilitate conflict resolution and a high level of customer service. You're recognised as an expert in stakeholder engagement, skilled at customer resolution and mediation, and ideally experienced in the transport industry with a good understanding of government legislation and compliance.
