About the Opportunity – 24 month contract: Energy Australia is beginning a new Customer transformation journey with the aim to reduce delivered cost of energy via modernisation of operations and improving the customer experience. The Program will improve and invigorate our technology and processes, better support our people and our customers by giving them greater insight into and control over their energy usage. Responsibilities for the PMO Lead role include: Scoping & Cost management of the transformation, including vendor management to ensure project milestones are successfully achieved Board & Steering committee reporting, amongst other required reporting and/or presentations Lead PMO resources (from a delivery point of view) to ensure program is running optimally Oversee document management best practice and communication management with associated stakeholders Oversee risks, scheduling, quality and change controls About You: You will be responsible for managing project governance across an important transformation project, modernising how we work with the overall aim to deliver lower prices to our customer. This role will require some of the following: Large scale enterprise PMO Lead / Management (5+ years of experience desirable) experience, particularly in: Cost management/financial management Board & Steering committee reporting PowerPoint packs & presentation Experience working in regulatory and compliance programs of work Highly developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Can quickly build collaborative interpersonal and stakeholder relationships with project team members, external vendors and other people across the organisation Experience in facilitating and leading workshops and discussions with a diverse stakeholder group Understanding of various project management discipline and delivery frameworks How to Apply: If you’re ready to ‘light the way’ towards your next career move, click the 'Apply’ button to submit a confidential application.
