The Opportunity: Dental Practice Manager Join our newly opening dental practice dynamic team, part of a leading dental group committed to redefining patient care. As the Dental Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role being hands on front desk executive as well as managing, leading, and inspiring our dedicated team of professionals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a growing team of dedicated dental professionals. Deliver unparalleled front-office customer service. Provide comprehensive staff management and training. Report on team success and progress on a daily and weekly basis. Oversee daily operations and ensure the practice runs smoothly. Implement efficient systems and processes to boost productivity. Handle financial management, budgeting, and reporting. Drive marketing initiatives to grow our patient base. What skills we are after: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager within dentistry. Qualifications in management or business administration or equivalent. Fair knowledge of Australian Standard and infection Control. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using dental software and office management tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
