Looking after a tidy portfolio of 200 properties, you will have lots of administration support, a Leasing Consultant, and Property Management administration to assist. There is no car required for this role, all properties within walking distance!The Perks: Up to $110,000 + commissions! Monday to Friday position - no weekend work! Amazing modern office with state-of-the-art technologies No leasing Phone & Car is provided Fantastic office culture with a long-standing team The Role: As the Property Manager your day-to-day duties will include:Management of 150 properties all local to the office! Manage repair and maintenance requests Providing six-star service to their clients Liaising with the landlord Attend tribunal and prepare documents Have the support of your own Leasing Consultant & Administrator The Person: The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Property Manager and a strong knowledge of Property Me or Property Tree.
