Monday to Friday only, no weekends! The Role Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties Minimal out-of-office duties Exit condition reports Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople Maintenance and repairs Preparing for and attending QCAT as required Ensuring compliance is up to date NO routines, NO leasing, NO trust accounting, and NO entries! The Successful Candidate: 2+ years of Property Management experience QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Strong organisational skills & attention to detail Solid written & verbal communication skills Outstanding telephone manner & time management Valid driver's license This is your opportunity to be part of something great with a company that will support your progression.
