Who are we after? We're seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and fun-loving individual to join our SEM/PPC team as a Paid Search Coordinator. As part of our team, you'll receive all the tools and training necessary to confidently create, implement, and manage client Google Ads accounts. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in an exciting, challenging and ever-evolving role of Digital Marketing! Snapshot of what you’ll be doing: Collaborate closely with the SEM manager & SEM Account Managers, working across multiple key agency accounts to gain exposure to the world of Google Ads across various industries. Set up and create Google Ads campaigns for new and existing clients. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, account optimisation and recommendations. Day to day budget management. Campaign reporting internal & external. Competitor and market analysis to uncover any missed or hidden opportunities. Set up Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking of leads and website sales. Ideally, you are: Minimum 1 year experience in paid search. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can demonstrate problem-solving and a data-driven mindset. Strategic thinker. Have basic Microsoft Suite skills – especially Excel. A Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing would be a bonus!
