About the Role We're on the lookout for a Performance Search Lead who's eager to make a real impact and grow with us. You'll dive into global B2C eCommerce campaigns with budgets up to $500K a month , spanning multiple regions. This is your chance to work on projects that are not just big—they're game-changing. This role is tailor-made for someone with 4-6+ years of experience in paid media within an agency setting (because let's face it, agency life is a thrilling ride!). You'll bring your hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing , and a solid grasp of the technical aspects—feeds, metadata, and all the nitty-gritty details. What You'll Do Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with our SEO, Development, and eCommerce teams to create seamless, integrated campaigns. Client Partnership : Build strong relationships with clients, offering insights, strategic recommendations, and keeping them in the loop with performance updates.
