Our Inspirations Paint Parafield store is looking for a dynamic, energetic Store Manager responsible for motivating a strong sales team to fulfill sales goals, developing business strategies, and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. We are looking for somebody who understands that providing an engaging customer service experience with a team of motivated team players is key to our business success. We expect that you lead by example and ‘hustle’ on a busy paint shop floor when the team needs you as well as ensure the overall store’s performance keeping in line with agreed sales targets and stock levels ensuring store profitability. As Store Manager of Inspirations Paint Parafield, we expect that you undertake a range of tasks such as: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team Identifying and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant industry regulations Contributing to the overall growth and development of the Inspirations Paint Parafield brand We are very keen to hear from candidates who have the following skills and attributes: Experience in a retail management role, preferably within the paint or building industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations Benefits of this role include a competitive remuneration package.
