As part of our commitment to excellence, we are expanding our team to include a motivated and experienced Life Insurance Salesperson | Paraplanner. Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven salesperson to qualify and convert online leads into long-term clients and manage client enquiries and reviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance or finance industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients from online leads, ensuring they align with the company's target audience and product offerings. Sales Conversion: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to policy in force. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company insurance products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates using the company’s CRM system. Existing Client Management: Handle policy reviews, address client enquiries, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales or para-planning experience in the insurance or finance industry. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Knowledge of financial services and the Australian Insurance Industry. Key Attributes Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve financial security. Adaptable to working across multiple time zones and with diverse clients.
