We are currently assisting a prominent accounting and advisory firm to appoint a new Partner or Associate Partner for its national Wealth Management practice. The firm is on a steep growth trajectory, and a senior person is required to add leadership and capacity to the teams across North Queensland. This is an exceptional opportunity and different from most due to the unique culture and way the firm operates.As a Partner or Associate Partner, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the business strategy and driving the firm's growth. You will be a dynamic leader with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You are preferably based in North Queensland currently or have a connection to the region, but we will also consider suitable candidates from other geographies willing to relocate.To be considered for this position, you should have the following profile: 5-8+ years’ experience providing wealth management and other financial services for individuals, families, SMEs, and institutions. Highly knowledgeable across all aspects of wealth management; with a contemporary understanding of relevant financial and economic drivers, investment opportunities, risk management strategy, legislative influences, and local and international markets. Business development aptitude, strong business leadership skills, and the ability to develop the practice and team. Ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
