Your impact This unique position will develop and oversee our Partner Program, aiming to enable and automate channel sales for maximum impact. Once formalised and fit for purpose, identify, train and hire the key personnel to scale. In more detail: You’ll establish a formula to generate referrals and drive growth. You will enhance partner performance and promote excellence, through a repeatable playbook. You have developed a data-driven, operational skill set throughout your career in sales. Cultivating relationships is a skill you take pride in. Gain a deep understanding of our Ideal Partner Profile and our value proposition. An understanding of Accounting Consultancy and Bookkeeper business models will be beneficial, but experience with go-to-market strategies, channel sales models and playbook development is necessary. Partners have always played a role in our GTM strategy, but now, we’re introducing greater structure, strategy and insight to the function. You’ll partner with our Founder and our CRO to establish a solid team. You’ll manage existing and current partner enquiries. With bottomless mugs of free coffee, puppy picnics and regular recreational activities, there's something for everyone.
