What’s involved: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team at Movinghub. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by acquiring and retaining referral partners, generating customer referrals, and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. Your efforts will focus on improving and maintaining high contact and conversion rates within Australia, ensuring an exceptional experience for our partners and customers alike. Key Responsibilities: Manage active referral partners which include real estate agents, mortgage brokers and conveyancers to attain performance targets. Monitor partner referrals, track trends to execute the appropriate communication as required. Promote partner activity by offering training or ad hoc support as requested by partners. Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain conversion rates and increase contact rates. Proactive and reactive partner retention activities. Communicate and respond to partner requests in a timely manner. Execute a contact cycle by email and telephone contact. You may be required to perform other tasks which are considered reasonable within the scope of your skills as required by management. We are looking for someone who… Highly skilled in networking and stakeholder engagement. Strong business development/account management and sales skills. Highly skilled at driving a sales pipeline. Skilled problem solver and negotiator. Very strong written and verbal communication skills. Native or professional proficiency in English. Self-starter with effective time management skills. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written communication, with proven ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to learn and grow. Sound problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Has digital competency in all aspects, including use, adoption, understanding, and ability to present technology-driven solutions. Relevant Skills and Experience: Degree in marketing, business or equivalent.
