Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Partner Manager / Channel Manager to join our team. This role is focused on developing business through our partners, building a robust pipeline, and managing the sales lifecycle from identification to contract. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships. What you'll do Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive business growth. Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our partner network. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize their potential. Develop a pipeline of opportunities through partners and manage them through the sales lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources and support. Track and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. Own, manage and grow a portfolio of clients. What you'll bring Proven experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development. Good understanding of technology and professional services. Understanding and experience with M365 is highly desirable Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and pipeline management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High energy, dynamic, and a hunter mentality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
