As a Partnership Manager at Rest, your role is pivotal to ensure our continued, positive relationships with industry partners and associations. You will provide dependable support and solutions, and use your extensive relationship management experience, combined with monitoring of partnership agreements to assess performance outcomes in line with Members’ Best Financial Interests Duty (BFID). Your organisational capabilities, attention to detail and effective communication at all levels will be instrumental in driving the team's success. You will monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations for existing partnerships and also identify new partnership opportunities. Importantly, you will play a key role in enhancing Rest's market presence and brand visibility among key stakeholders. Build strong, sustainable relationships with industry stakeholders, including key decision makers and influencers through regular virtual and in-person meetings and event interactions. Stakeholders will include but not be limited to the Shop, Distributive & Allied Employees’ Association (SDA), the Australian Retailers Association (ARA), and the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA). Foster cross-functional cooperation across Rest divisional teams to ensure contractual deliverables, including performance outcomes with partnerships are met. Assist in preparing BFID assessments and partnership contracts. Prepare performance outcome reports for committee/s and the Board to assess the effectiveness and enhance the governance of all partnership activities. Support the Workplace Growth team to increase the number of businesses choosing Rest as their default superannuation fund by leveraging your deep superannuation knowledge to identify new business opportunities across our partnerships. Act as a representative for Rest at industry and association partner events, promoting our strong market position and brand awareness among key stakeholders. Handle general administration tasks with high efficiency, detail and accuracy. Identify opportunities and resolve issues promptly. Manage calendars and meetings for internal and external stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex, difficult and sensitive situations with a high degree of professionalism. This role will require some travel. Minimum Qualifications: Tertiary qualification/s in business, commerce, accounting or similar (highly desirable). RG 146 in superannuation. Required experience, understanding or credentials including : Proven experience in a similar role within financial services, preferably with industry super or an association. Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels (e.g. C-suite, directors and influential people). Ability to work autonomously and make decisions. Deep knowledge and experience working with unions and industry associations. Experience (or an understanding) of BFID assessments, together with a willingness to learn more.
