About the Role As the Partnerships Business Development Lead , you’ll take charge of securing, managing, and growing sponsorship partnerships , with a strong focus on new business acquisition . Your role will be instrumental in: Identifying & targeting new sponsorship opportunities Building & nurturing relationships with partners and sponsors Negotiating & securing high-value partnerships that align with RASWA’s goals Driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility This is a high-impact role where your success will directly contribute to the growth and sustainability of RASWA’s major events and initiatives . What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial partnerships A hunter mentality with a proven ability to secure new sponsorship deals A passion for community-focused organisations, events, or agriculture Ability to develop compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch at a senior level Strategic thinker with strong project management skills What’s in It for You?
