Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of nine parts interpreters Assist in achieving dealership and manufacturer sales and gross profit targets Collaborate with sales representatives to drive business development initiatives Support the execution of annual and ad-hoc promotional activities Inventory & Logistics Coordinate inventory management and enhancement activities Assist with stock replenishment orders and back-order processing Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions Assist in conducting annual and cyclic stocktakes across multiple warehouses Human Resources & Training Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Coordinate manufacturer, in-house, and external training programs Prepare and submit timesheets via the WorkDay portal Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures Conduct regular team meetings to drive engagement and performance Develop future resource plans to support business growth Work cross-functionally with other departments to align business objectives Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven leadership experience in a dealership parts environment Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including basic formula functions Experience with Toyota TUNE (highly desirable) At least one year of experience in stock order management A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach Please address your application to Steve Perry – Parts Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
