About the Role Reporting to the General Manager - NSW Region, the Parts & Service Development Manager will work closely with dealerships in their designated region to promote and support their achievement of parts and service sales targets, service retention as well as customer service objectives. This role will actively implement a regional strategy and dealer action plan that includes marketing and promotional activity, performance monitoring and support with business advice, staff development and training. Core Responsibilities Provide support and guidance to dealers to achieve their parts and accessory sales targets, and improve their CSI, service retention, fixed operations plans and profitability Undertake regular reporting of business performance, process improvement, achievement and recommending countermeasures through strategic action plans Develop effective programmes and marketing campaigns that support our Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Programme to assist dealers and the network to increase service retention and reduce lapsed customers Support the training and development of dealership staff, ensuring they are implementing standards and best in class customer service practices across the dealership Essential Skills and Experience Automotive background is strongly desired Sound understanding of and previous experience with dealer operations and management in service, parts and customer experience High level communication skills (oral and written) with demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve challenges Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems and think creatively to develop solutions We want you to join MMAL and build your career with us - you will enjoy a range of perks and discounts on products and services from both us and our partners, including: Access to our unique Employee Car Benefit Plan - access up to four brand-new vehicles at an affordable rate!
